I can't believe it has been a week since I wrote here last. What a week! Personally for me, it has been a huge week. Not only busy with all the usual working and mothering duties, I was an organiser and participant in a large community event. To say this added pressure to my 12WBT journey is an understatement!
But I am nothing but proud of myself! I'm not saying I was perfect, I haven't trained since Thursday! But I wasn't just sitting around either. If I had my Heart Rate Monitor on while I was lifting chairs and trestles and running around, I'm sure it would have been quite a work out!! What I am most proud of is my change in eating habits. I was abe to keep mostly clean in my eating. And I was ok with that!! Even when there wasn't the best choices available or I wanted a little treat :) Instead of over doing it, I just ate until I had enough, not keep going until I was rolling on the floor!!
This has so inspired me today to remain on the program!! I KNOW I can do this!! I have even managed to get the rest of the family eating a little healthier! WOOHOO!!
The main motivation I had when I began was weightloss and to feel healthy. After just one week, I know the weightloss will happen (it is already!!) but the biggest change is in my head. I WANT to make the healthier choices rather than feel I have to!!
One week down and 11 to go!!!
