Let's do this!

So here I am day 2!  Well..proudly I can tell you that I DID get up and go for a walk this morning. When my alarm went off, the usual excuses rolled on into my head but, now that I have found a solution for each and every excuse I used (12WBT Pre-season Task 2) there were no more excuses..I just got up and went! I just love walking in the morning and I didn't even need my pumpin' tunes to help me. It was just great to be alive!

Low point for today was eatng a couple of pieces of cut up donut...no excuse, just weakness...BUT my high point was not eating the whole tray!! Instead I reached for my bottle of water and succeeded in drinking the entire litre..something I would not have achieved otherwise so YAY me!!

Today I also began my food and exercise diary..wow, now there is a way to be accountable!! It is so easy to use and simply an app on my phone. No excuse to forget to enter EVERYTHING! I thought I would have a play and see how many calories were in a bucket of hot chips..I think it had a coniption!! Was probably bad internet coverage in reality but I like the idea it was freaking out!!!

The new pre-season task was released today...Goals. Now I'm not really a goal oriented person but, Michelle puts a good case and I can see how much more motivating it will be to see the little goals fall by the wayside as I charge by.

My first goal is a small one....what to do with the final 200 calories I can eat today????
