DING! DING! Round 2!

Well here I am! Week one, round two of Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation.

Although I have come down with a cold, I can tell you that I am pumped, even if it is on the inside! I did find I was a little slack on the pre-season tasks, but I have caught up with them & ready to go! Now to get organised!! As I was away over the weekend, I haven't done my food planning as yet so will make the most of today at home resting to do this and get going.

One of the pre-season tasks I took a while to get to what about Commitment. This wasn't because I was afraid of committing to the program, but because I wanted to make the commitment mean more to me. Last round I committed to the program, to my family and to Michelle. I feel that I haven't lost that commitment, it still stands. So this time, I got a bit more personal. Here is what I wrote:

"My commitment is to Me. I commit to believing in myself. To finally believe that I CAN do what ever I put my mind to. Round one was a practice, and although there were ups and downs, that is life. I now know that I can learn from the ups and downs and move forward to create the best life possible for myself. The follow on from this is that my family can benefit and I can give them the best of myself and create to the best life for them also and help them reach their potential. 

I commit to doing what it takes to reaching my goals. I know I can and will follow them through until they are achieved.

I commit to accepting the things I can not change. I am in control of what I do. I can not allow the feelings and opinion of others to distract or let me down.

I commit to change the voice inside my head that tells me I'm not good enough, or that I can't do it. I am going to be my biggest fan and cheer squad. 

I commit to love myself and be proud of who I am.

I am a woman of my word."
